Over the last 30 years Brad Fraunfelter has been a professional retoucher, and image manipulation artist in the Los Angeles area.
Brad was formerly trained in Photography at State University of NY, College at New Paltz, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts in 1975.
From the early 80’s he worked in Photographic Labs in upstate NY and from there moved onto becoming a Freelance Photographer’s Assistant to some of the top studio photographers in Manhattan’s Photo District.
Completing over a thousand retouching jobs, he has worked on virtually every type of creative endeavor from the more common portraiture and beauty editing to conceptual and photo-illustration projects for book, and film productions.
A professional book illustrator, Brad often uses his retouching and editing skills in the creation of fantasy characters for his science fiction and fantasy illustrations.
